The Construction in Progress...

Dedicated HVAC and electrical systems were installed for all laboratories and cleanrooms.  This  provides the benefit of critical temperature control in each individual laboratory and cleanroom.

Interior walls are constructed of gyp board providing one hour fire protection.  Each wall is finished with epoxy coatings to optimize cleaning and minimize bacterial growth.  All services, including gas lines, and electrical are installed in the wall system to minimize exposed piping.

General offices were constructed with Medintech vinyl flooring, while all laboratories received seamless vinyl flooring as required by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.
